Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Quality Control to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual quality control and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data and processes in the banking domain.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual quality control checks on data and processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain a set of quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective quality control.
• Identify and resolve quality control issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide quality control support.
• Analyze quality control results and provide insights to support decision making.
• Stay current with emerging trends and developments in the banking domain and quality control.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in manual quality control, with experience in the banking domain.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
